You will receive the exact plant in the photos. Cutting was propagated from our big mother plant. This is a mid cutting and the original leaf yellowed off. This is a new leaf that emerged from the node.
 
Please know how to care for cutting before purchasing. Growth point looks to be variegated but we are not responsible for growth. 
 
NOTE:
The white parts of leaves can be prone to browning. Original leaves may show signs of wear & tear. Some browning on leaf tips is normal.
