You will receive the exact plant in photos. Cutting was propagated from one of our mother plants. This is a mid cutting that is actively rooting with growth point activated. Plant will be shipped in a mix of sphagnum moss & perlite as shown. 
 
Please know how to care for cutting before purchasing. Growth point shows variegation but we are not responsible for growth. 
 
NOTE:
The white parts of leaves can be prone to browning. Original leaves may show signs of wear & tear and some "corking" of stem may be present. Some browning on leaf tips is normal.
